Individual Counselling / Psychology
One-on-one psychology and counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma and life transitions. Eligible for Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Relationship Counselling / Psychology
Joint session for couples navigating conflict, communication or reconnection. Individual Medicare rebates may apply where eligible.
Clinical Hypnotherapy Session
Targeted hypnotherapy for anxiety, sleep, habits and confidence. Can be combined with standard counselling in a blended session.
Reduced Rates & Concession Sessions
Reduced rates are available for those who are not in paid employment, concession card holders, students, DVA card holders and eligible WorkCover referrals.

Ways to reduce your out-of-pocket
We accept and support several rebate and funded pathways so care stays affordable.
Medicare Rebates
With a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, eligible psychology sessions attract a substantial Medicare rebate, lowering your out-of-pocket cost.
Private Health Fund Rebates
Extras cover from participating private health funds may rebate psychology services (cannot be combined with Medicare). Check with your fund for your level of cover.
Reduced Rates (Not in Paid Employment)
We offer reduced fees for those who are not in paid employment, so quality care stays within reach regardless of your circumstances.
DVA & WorkCover Pathways
Department of Veterans' Affairs card holders and approved WorkCover Queensland claims may access funded sessions for eligible needs.
